We are not passive investors. We roll up our sleeves alongside management: deeply understanding customers, building scalable systems for growth, and executing strategic projects that deliver long-term value.

Matter is led by Dave Vadasz and Rob Katcher. Our careers in Silicon Valley have spanned building businesses at every stage.

That includes founding and running new ventures, creating new products and bringing them to market, developing partnerships to accelerate growth, acquiring strategic add-on companies (often founder-led), and raising over $1.5B in capital.

Most recently we were at Google where we led the creation of a new wireless infrastructure business from the ground up.
